About JoJo
JoShama "Jojo" Mornan is a creative tour de force! Known initially for her singing talent, Jojo changed lanes quite by accident and found herself in love with make up! Jojo began her make up career in cosmetology school which she never completed. During that time she learned to do eyebrows and eyelashes and after a bad break up called on those skills to supplement her income.
It was while working in salons in 2010 that Jojo started imitating and perfecting make up looks that she liked. Basically self taught she became known for her flawless make up looks and before long was being asked to do make up for salon clients and their friends and families.
Jojo was not satisfied with being self taught and pursued training and certification and training with world renowned make up artists like Ms Buntricia Bastian and Reggie Wells. Her talent has however gotten her gigs where her certification alone would not have. She has worked several seasons at New York Fashion Week (Ashley Stewart and LA Hair) and was even encouraged by Hunger Games make up artist Kris Evans to continue in her craft and pursue her dream.
Jojo is passionate about make up and even more passionate about empowering her clients to look and feel their best!
